Be always at war with your vices,
at peace with your neighbors,
and let each new year find
you a better man. ~ Benjamin Franklin

Hot Bread
It's a great holiday or any day thing to make! For those of you that got bread makers for Christmas try this recipe out on the dough setting. After you add the ingredients in order one on top of the other, start the process, and have your dough ready after about an hour and a 1/2. Take the dough out and put it on a wood board or such like with flour handy and make rolls by breaking off small pieces of the dough and wrapping around your first or first and second finger. Any shape they are great! Put them on a cookie sheet and heat for 10 - 12 mins. at 350 degrees.

http://www.burdickchocolate.com/
I love a visit to Burdick's in Cambridge, MA with my friend Loida on cool days for a 1000 calorie, oh my scrumptious, heaven in your mouth cup of hot chocolate! I've bought their mix, but it just isn't the same as when they make it?! Their handmade chocolates are precious as well as delicious. Looking forward to when Loida, Heidi, and I all go togther to Burdicks next.

Woollyhoodwinks
I randomly ran across these little guys on Elsewares website, and they just make me smile. Jeff Root created the fun woodland creatures. They are handmade in select woolen fabrics by Jeff and a few helpers in his home, so each one is completely unique and made with care. Every sandwich-sized 'Hoodwink comes packaged in his own 'tree' with special surprises!

Classy and Fabulous
CoCo Chanel once said, "A girl should be two things: classy and fabulous." These two things can come in many forms, but it seems that Princess Diana embody both qualities.
