Raw Living - Well Living

Friends Matthew Kenney and Meredith Baird are leading chefs in plant based lifestyle culinary.  I'm learning so much about raw, vegan, and organic diets and loving what I'm tasting and feeling.  Also interesting the research I'm finding on the health benefits of this lifestyle.  Forks over Knives is an educational documentary.  It's almost unbelievable how delicious the raw desserts are - really.  Check out a recent article in Well In LA on raw chocolate chip cookies and here is a recipe from Matthew Kenney's and Meredith Baird's newest book Raw Chocolate if you want to try a raw dessert -- have a sweet day....

Palms For Life's New Initiative

Palms For Life is a non profit global alliance that address many needs of those fighting poverty.  My friend, Maayan, was instrumental in forming a new campaign to help those in need.  With this new initiative we have a chance to be a part of something big and make a positive difference in peoples lives as a collective community.  Whether it's about sharing Palms For Life's mission or donating of your resources.  Let's get to helping in this way.....

Before leaving for Santa Monica I went to Macy's Annual spring flower show...

After I got back from Santa Monica a few of my college friends came to NYC.  So great to see them!
