Hot Bread

It's a great holiday or any day thing to make! For those of you that got bread makers for Christmas try this recipe out on the dough setting. After you add the ingredients in order one on top of the other, start the process, and have your dough ready after about an hour and a 1/2. Take the dough out and put it on a wood board or such like with flour handy and make rolls by breaking off small pieces of the dough and wrapping around your first or first and second finger. Any shape they are great! Put them on a cookie sheet and heat for 10 - 12 mins. at 350 degrees.

Ingredients......
1 cup of water
1 large egg
¼ cup of butter (melted/softened)
1 tsp. salt
4 tbs. sugar
3 ¼ cup bread flour
3 tbs. dry milk
Make a dip in the top of the mixture for yeast.
1 ½ tsp. active dry yeast
2 tsp. rapid rise yeast

Preheat Oven to 350.
Cover rolls and let rise (about 30 mins.) - use warming draw if you have one. After risen put the rolls in the oven for 10 - 12 mins. Can freeze and reheat.
