1 garlic clove - chopped
2 thai chili peppers diced or 1 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (or to taste) or 1 jalapeño
2 small tomatoes on the vine or roma or 1 large beefsteak - chopped
3 RIPE avocados
1 tsp of garlic salt
Saute the onion till translucent over med low heat about 5 mins then add the thai chili peppers or jalapeño & garlic then stir another min. Turn the heat off while you finish preparing. Mix avocados with tomatoes & add sautéed mixture. Add your garlic salt and pepper to taste at the end.
Note: If you aren’t going to eat it right away and want it to not brown use the juice from one lemon – if you’re going to eat it right away leave the lemon juice out – it’s a little overpowering and after many taste test a bit better without.
